• Use 2 to 3 word phrases when searching, then modify your search based on the results.  Using more words results in a more exact match and fewer hits.
• Try various spellings when results are not found, or only use part of a word.

• Use special characters unless necessary.
• Enclose words in quotes
• Search with only 1-2 letters unless you are looking for a specific mat.  Note:  When searching with only 1-2 letters, search returns only designs that have design names beginning with those letters, but highlights all occurrences within the design name.

• Try "Refreshing" or "Reloading" the page.  Images are updated every 5 minutes from 9am until 6pm EST.
• Your software may need upgrading, you your security settings may be set too high.  These pages are designed to work with Internet Explorer v3.0 and above.  These pages have been reported to work with Netscape v4.04 or above and AOL v5.0 and above.
